The subtitle of this essay is at least two fold. What happens when there is no way to discern if content - pictures, videos, news, podcasts, substack articles, are human made or AI generated? When there is no telling what is real or not? No more agreed upon, assumed reality of human createdness. But also, “post-reality” is a double entendre - it seems that in dominant culture, reality is being assigned more and more to the world of posts.
